Repairs & reporting

A fault reported, a trade sent, the finished work inspected — and a record you can ask for at any time.

What it covers

Repairs & reporting

Reporting a repair should not feel like dropping a note into a hole. You report it, we log it against the property, we instruct a trade that suits the job, and we follow it through to an inspection of the finished work.

We will not invent a response time to look efficient. What we will do is acknowledge your report, tell you who is dealing with it, and tell you if something is holding it up. Faults that affect safety or leave the building unusable are treated as emergencies and taken out of the queue.

Included

What you get

  • Faults received by form, email or telephone and logged against the property
  • A trade instructed according to the type of work, not whoever is free
  • Quotes compared before work is authorised, so scope is checked as well as price
  • Completed work inspected and photographed before it is signed off
  • Out-of-hours emergency procedure for anything affecting safety or access
  • A named contact for the job, and a written record kept afterwards

Four steps

How it works

You report it

Through the form on this site, by email or by telephone. Tell us the property and the fault; a photograph helps but is not required.

We log and instruct

The fault is recorded against the development and a suitable contractor is instructed, with the quote checked first where a job allows.

The work is done

We follow the job through and keep you informed, rather than leaving you to chase the trade yourself.

We inspect and record

The finished work is inspected and photographed, and the record is kept against the property for owners and residents to see.

Indicative band

Guide price

Repairs & maintenance coordination

per hour€35–45

Note. The bands above are guide figures for a typical development and are shown so you can judge the order of things before you speak to us. The figure that applies to your building is confirmed in a written quotation once we know what the development actually includes. Nothing here is a fixed price and nothing here is a fee we add on top without telling you first.
