Glen Bridge Management Company Ltd manages residential properties and their shared facilities on behalf of residents and property owners. For the purposes of data protection law, we are the controller of the personal information described here.
What we collect
If you contact us through this website, by email or by telephone, we may hold your name, your contact details, the address of the property the enquiry relates to, the content of your enquiry, and any photographs or documents you choose to send us.
Why we hold it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, to manage the development concerned, to instruct and supervise contractors, to keep records of work carried out, and to meet our legal and contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
Records relating to the management of a development are kept for as long as we manage that development and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that requests about past work can be answered. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are kept only as long as is useful to answer them.
Who we share it with
We share information with contractors and professional advisers only where it is necessary for the work you have asked about. We use service providers for hosting and email, who process information on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no continuing reason to hold it, and object to certain uses. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
