How we work
Small on purpose
Glen Bridge Management Company Ltd manages residential properties and their shared facilities on behalf of residents and property owners. We coordinate building maintenance, arrange repairs, manage communal areas, organise contractors, handle property-related administration and support the day-to-day running of residential developments.
We keep the number of developments we look after within a range where the person answering your call knows the building. That is a deliberate choice. A manager who has to look up which block you are in is not managing it.

None of this is unusual. It is simply what a managing agent should be doing, written down so it can be held to.

Where we work
Blocks, estates and converted houses
We look after residential developments where there are shared parts to maintain: communal hallways and stairs, shared grounds, entry systems, bin stores and shared services. That covers purpose-built blocks, conversions and estates with communal land.
If your development is outside what we do well, we will tell you rather than take it on and find out later. And if you are weighing up a change of managing agent, the first conversation costs you nothing.
