How it works
We take the building on
We read the records, walk the property and write down what we have found — including anything that needs attention first.
We set the routine
Inspection and maintenance are scheduled for the year, so the building is not managed around whoever complains loudest.
We run it
Faults logged, trades instructed, quotes compared, work inspected and photographed, records kept against the property.
We report
Owners get a written account of what was done and what it cost, and the year is reconciled against actual spend.
